ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Return Policy: All orders are custom made once an order is placed through our website. Returns are only accepted if an item was shipped in error or was incomplete. We will exchange any defective products or parts. All defective items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers must contact us before returning an item. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be subtracted from your original order before a refund is given. All items must be returned in their original condition (i.e. film was never removed and is still attached to its original backing paper) before a credit will be issued. Buyers are responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred for returning an item. Please contact us at sales@cleardefender.com for complete instructions on returning an item.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. The buyer may choose USPS Ground, USPS Priority (2-3 days) and USPS Express Mail (1-2 days). Canadian customers may contact us for a USPS shipping quote. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of received payment. Our shipping schedule is bound to the USPS National Holiday Schedule and shipping is not available on Sundays. Delivery confirmation is included with every order.
Installation Disclaimer: We supply our customers with detailed written instructions, video, installation tips and tools needed for a successful installation. Hundreds of satisfied customers have installed their kits with great success. It is our recommendation that each consumer read our instructions and make a decision based on their personal skill level whether or not to attempt installation or hire a certified professional. If a customer chooses not to install the kit themselves, we are happy to help find a local installer in your area. ClearDefender.com is not responsible for any misapplication by the customer or hired installer. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities with respect to the purchase and installation of the product.
