Cell Phone Protection Installation Instructions

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Wash your hands thoroughly. Turn off your device, remove the battery and clean your device with a dry, lint-free cloth.

Step 1: Fill a small bowl with tap water. Add a small drop of dish soap and mix together.

Step 2: Wet your fingertips in the bowl. Carefully peel the Clear Defender off its paper backing. DO NOT touch the film with dry fingers. This will leave fingerprints.

Step 3: Place the film, adhesive side up in the palm of your hand. With your free hand, dip your fingertips into the water and wet the adhesive side of the film.

* Hint: Start with the smallest pieces first. *

Step 4: Apply the Clear Defender, adhesive side down, and align its edges with the contours of the device. (Repeat steps 2-4 for each section of the kit.)

Step 5: Using a credit card, push any excess moisture and air bubbles out from under the film. Start at the center and work towards the edges. Take care in pushing the water away from buttons and holes. 

*Hint: Apply smaller sections using just your fingers. Use your thumb or palm to apply pressure to the film until it adheres.  If a section continues to slide, use a hair dryer on LOW, to help set the piece in place.*

Step 6: Allow the film to dry a few hours before using the device. Small bubbles will disappear in two to three days.
